The artiste who took charge of the hairstyles of the cast members of the famous 80s series ‘Stranger Things’, hair designer Sarah Hindsgaul, has launched her new haircare collection.
The Emmy-nominated hairstylist who is also married to the producer of the acclaimed sci-fi horror series, Matt Duffer, has named her products Hindsgaul Hair.
“Life is so busy, especially for my actors when they’re shooting,” she said, adding that her products are simple, everyday, easy products designed to give hair a reset and establish a foundation — a clean canvas to work with from the beginning.
The artiste revealed that, for key ingredients, she returned to her roots in Denmark, stating that it was important for her to bring something from home to her collection.
“Cloudberry is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids and helps boost hair’s vibrancy and strength, and Nordic cotton helps reduce signs of stress from the environment,” she noted.
Hindsgaul believes that one ought to be proud of what one is born with, and this is reflected in her hair products.
“My work has a lot of soul and individualism to it, so I encourage people to love the texture they’re born with and learn how to work with it,” she remarked.
Stranger Things had its fifth and final season in late 2025, but has a new animated sidequel, Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85, set to launch next month.
