‘The Voice’ Finalist Josh Sanders Reportedly Involved In Custody Dispute With Estranged Wife

Country music artiste Josh Sanders is reportedly involved in a custody dispute with his estranged wife, Kendra, over their three children following their separation in January.

According to court filings, Sanders is seeking custody, alleging that Kendra has tried to damage his relationship with the children and has limited his role as a co-parent. He also claimed that one of the children expressed a desire to live with him.

Kendra has denied his claims and accused Sanders of struggling with alcohol abuse. She alleged that he lost professional opportunities because of drinking and claimed he had driven under the influence with the children in the vehicle. She also accused him of displaying violent behaviour in their presence. These allegations have not been proven in court.

Kendra is seeking primary custody, arguing that she can provide a stable and alcohol-free home. Court records also show that Sanders was arrested in April for allegedly violating a temporary domestic violence restraining order. The singer has maintained that the order was linked to the ongoing custody dispute. The matter remains before the court.
