Ademola Lookman is at odds with his club Atalanta as they remain steadfast regarding Inter Milan’s formal offer for him.

Inter have submitted an improved bid of €42 million plus €3 million in bonuses, while Atalanta are demanding €50 million for the Super Eagles forward.

In a move reminiscent of his compatriot and fellow Super Eagles teammate Victor Osimhen two years ago, Lookman has removed all references to Atalanta from his social media profiles in protest against the club’s firm stance.

The player has agreed to a five-year contract with Inter that would double his salary, and even Atalanta’s CEO, Beppe Marotta, has disclosed that Lookman has requested to leave the club for some time now.
