Vitafoam Wins Diamond Award On Innovation, Customer Service Excellence

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has won the Diamond award on Innovation and Customer Service Excellence as West Africa Foam and Wellness Company of the year 2022 at the 11th edition of the West Africa Annual Innovation Awards.

Vitafoam is Nigeria’s leading manufacturer of flexible, reconstituted and rigid foam products with the largest foam manufacturing and distribution network in West Africa,

The West Africa innovation Awards, Project director, Mr. Adesanya Abidemi presented the award to Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, CEO/ group MD, Mr. Taiwo Ayodele Adeniyi at the firm’s headquarters in Lagos.

The CEO, while expressing his gratitude to the awarding body, described the award to be of significance and confirms that hard work pays and that whatever Vitafoam is doing, the people notice, and the reward comes from it.

According to him,  “Vitafoam has always been seeking to improve on whatever product that has been done and we are never tired, as we keep innovating and making sure the products get better which is why our investors and shareholders are in for a good time.”

Abidemi explained that the criteria for choosing the company involved research and analysis while looking at the product innovation and customer service, process and product quality, and also the competing brands, as well as the position in the market before the panel of judges which includes Nigerians, Ghanaians, and Cameroonians selected the company as the most qualified for the awards.

He said: “as a brand that as being able to wither through different policies and being able to stand tall in the manufacturing sector, this is an award that encourages the company to keep on delivering topnotch services through strategic innovation as they keep the flag flying high”

The commercial director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, Owoade Bamidele Sola, stated that, as a customer-centric organisation, it takes customer satisfaction as top-priority.

He further highlighted the subsidiaries which include; Vitavisco, Vitapur, Vitablom, Vono, and Vitaparts whose product range from the manufacture of premium comfort pillows, car seats, insulation, fibre pillows, furniture and oil filter which are all produced in line with the local content drive.

In the same vein, Vitafoam’s Products group  manager, Mr. Moses Mogbolu said, Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is the first foam manufacturing company in Nigeria to partner a Sleep Expert in educating Nigerians on Quality Sleep and Healthy Living.
