Chief Executive Officer of Poolee_gadgets, Franklin Ibeh, has shared his experience and how he has succeeded in his business over the years.
Ibeh dropped the hint at a youth conference organized by the Dream Africa project, to celebrate outstanding youths in their fields of endeavours.
“I have done business and succeeded in tough environments, and if I succeeded, every serious minded person can also succeed.
“It begins with a mindset, and being able to grab opportunities when you see it, because sometimes, opportunities come, but one may lack the foresight to identify it.
“When someone identifies an opportunity to offer value to the society, and you create products or services to exploit the opportunities, then you will increase your chances of being wealthy.
“Every business environment can be deemed to be tough, until results start coming in, and the environment is seen to be productive.
“I encourage young people to be productive at their growing age, so, they can have a secure future tomorrow,” Ibeh stated.
