Yinka Theisen, the ex-lover of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has reacted to a leaked audio recording in which she was heard threatening to purchase a firearm to shoot certain individuals.

The audio, which surfaced on social media platforms earlier this week, captured Theisen in an agitated state, making specific threats regarding the use of a gun. The recording has sparked concerns and heavy criticism from members of the public over the nature of the statements.

In a response shared on Tuesday, Theisen admitted to making the statements but claimed they were the result of emotional distress and a “breaking point.”

She explained that the recording was made during a period of extreme frustration and provocation, maintaining that she had no actual intention of carrying out the threats.

“Those were words spoken in deep pain and anger, but they do not define who I am or what I would actually do,” she stated.
