Yobe Monarch Applauds Buhari Over Nomination Of Ba’ale As NEDC Board Chairman

The Gujba Emirate council in Yobe State has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for nominating Barrister Bashir Bukar Ba’ale as the chairman governing board of the North East Development Commission(NEDC).

The council described him as the best man for the job, adding that his nomination was a well-deserved honor aimed at bringing positive development to the commission and the people of the region.

A statement by the Emir of Gujba, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Mai Muktar Ibn Ali Gangarang, said Ba’ale is a community leader, and a game changer who believes in positive transformation of the society and humanity.

The monarch gave his assurance the barrister will justify the confidence reposed in him.

The council said the emirate will continue to support programs and policies of the government for the benefit of Yobe state and the North East region as they await his confirmation by the Senate.

The Gujba Emirate Council also called on Nigerians to support the incoming admiration in a bid to change the narratives and bring developmental changes to the North-East.

According to the Emirate, Ba’ale has also been known for his many humanitarian services assisting the less privilege and the vulnerables in the North East.

He is a Master’s Degree holder in Humanitarian and Repugees Studies and a Masters in Law in view (International Humanitarian Law) from Ahmadu Bello University ABU Zaria and founder of B.B Bale Foundation, which carried out intervention to victims of Boko Haram and recovery of the people in the North East region.
