Youths, Students Tasked On Consistency, Resilience, Discipline

A former deputy governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere, has called on Nigerian youths to develop positive mind set and accept productive hard work, consistency and discipline for sustainable success.

Prince Madumere, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Imo East Senatorial District, (Owerri zone,) made this submission while inaugurating the students’ wing of  “Journey of Grace” as part of the activities marking his 62nd birthday celebrations at the campaign office, Okigwe Road, Owerri , Imo State.

Madumere reminded the students that his Imo East Senatorial ambition, represents holistic paradigm shift to emancipate the citizenry, deliver tangible dividends of democracy to the youths, women and the elderly in the society.

The American trained technocrat urged them to take the Journey of Grace project as their project, preach the message to the populace, embrace resilience, tenacity of purpose as they march on to victory , come , 2027 election.

Prince Madumere, a human capital development expert, challenged the students to embrace positivity, think big , start small, and remember that greatness is achieved through purposeful focus, clear vision and enduring faith in Almighty God.

Prince Madumere emphasized that the advancement in technological evolution and shifting global values demand a generation that can think outside the box, key into creativity, erase outdated norms and vigorously pursue excellence, through genuine enterprise, rather than shortcuts to success, which erodes societal values.

The Imo East Senatorial top contender, under the platform of PDP, called on the students to dismiss the chase of instant gratifications and the mindset that success comes without sacrifice, cautioning that such thinking often leads to stagnation.

He said, “I represent the real deal, have the capacity , acumen and dexterity, the reach and contact to deliver. I am one of you, accessible, dependable and reliable. The heart beat of my people for positive change to realistic representation, will form the cardinal program of my Agenda when elected as Senator, representing Owerri zone in the red chambers of the National Assembly.”

Prince Madumere revealed that to buttress his readiness when elected, he will sign a social contract with the people of Owerri Senatorial Zone for quality service delivery.

Prince Madumere, Imo East Senatorial District hopeful, stressed that,” I will sign a social contract for quality service delivery with my people, stakeholders and the entire citizens of the zone.

“I have a clear vision, and revibrates the face of hope and aspirations of our people as enshrined in my blueprint, anchored on Journey of Grace, template.. Let’s work together and keep hope alive for a new Owerri zone is possible.The populace of Owerri zone have suffered from deprivation. I will create sustainable youth and women empowerment, job creation, and create conducive environment for businesses to thrive.”

Prince Madumere, a philanthropist, expressed optimism that the students are the leaders of tomorrow

and future hope of the nation and cautioned that sustainable growth is rooted in integrity, humility, transparency and courage to be different in approach and delivery.

In his comment, the president of the Students Union Government, Imo State University, SUG, expressed commitment to work assiduously for the realization of his dreams and aspirations.
