A cleric, Imam Muhammad Sani Idris, and an okada rider, Muhammad Gambo, have been allegedly killed in fresh attacks in Ndun village of Tangur District of Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.

The deceased, who was the Chief Imam of a Jumma’at Mosque in the village and his younger brother, Salisu Muhammad Sani Idris, were both attacked on Monday after they arrived at the community to collect some of their belongings left after the recent attacks.

Sani Idris, who survived the attack with machete wounds, was said to be receiving treatment at Dung Hospital in Bokkos town.

The second deceased, Muhammed Gambo, an okada rider, was reportedly killed on Monday around Bokkos Market while bringing a passenger to the area.
