Sometimes, we load our kids with foods that are very high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, but low in fibre.  The truth is that regularly eating these foods can increase the risk of health conditions like childhood obesity and type-2 diabetes. I totally agree that coaxing children to embrace nutritious foods often feels like a task, fraught with resistance and frustration, so, these are easy and practical recipe aimed at empowering you as a parents to understand that delicious can also imply nutritious!
