The destruction extended to the Kryvyi Rig district, west of Dnipro,

where another attack caused additional damage, AFP reports.

Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, provided further grim details: “Two people died and 15 were injured following the strike on the building.”

Additional casualties were reported in the Synelnykivskyi area southeast of Dnipro, where a woman died and two others, including a 14-year-old girl, were injured in yet another strike.

Meanwhile, in Kryvyi Rig, “Two men and a woman were injured in a strike on an infrastructure facility,” disclosed Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the local military administration, on Telegram.

In a related development, Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of the southern Russian region of Belgorod which borders Ukraine, reported that 25 Ukrainian drones targeting the region’s main city had been downed.

Gladkov confirmed that there were no casualties, although several buildings sustained damage.

The situation in both regions remains tense as emergency services continue to respond to the aftermath of the strikes.
