Carrier and cloud neutral data centre, Rack Centre,  has entered into a channel partner agreement with Cofinity Group, Inc. (CGI), to facilitate access to its robust, state of the art data centre infrastructure in Lagos Nigeria, for businesses looking to migrate to quality colocation data centre services.

According to Rack Centre’s CEO, Lars Johannisson, the strategic agreement leverages CGI’s vast network and experience in the data centre industry to showcase the enormous benefits enterprises can attain by colocating in Rack Centre’s 13.5MW IT load data centre campus.

“Cofinity Group is known for their transformative impact in helping their data centre clients evaluate new market opportunities over the past 15 years.  We are excited to partner with the Cofinity Group team as their knowledge and experience in the data centre industry will be especially valuable to African enterprises contemplating a data centre colocation solution,” he said.

In his remarks, Ray Lawless, the President of Cofinity Group, Inc. (CGI), noted that the pace of technology adoption and digitization is accelerating in Africa, driving the need for highly secure data centre facilities with exceptional levels of power availability, redundancy, and connectivity.

Lawless said, “With the quickly developing digitization of the African continent, the benefits of having mission-critical applications housed in a secure, robust environment is becoming increasingly important; we look forward to featuring Rack Centre’s state-of-the-art facilities in Nigeria to enterprises seeking a highly connected, secure data centre.”
