The organisers, led by Barrister Festus Adebayo presented the award of the Real Estate Developers of the Year 2024 to Brains & Hammers Limited and Constrix Real Estate Development Limited, two leading companies that specialise in real estate as well as construction and investment opportunities in Nigeria, at a dinner, in Abuja, to mark the celebration of the 18th Edition of the AIHS.

The chairman of the Presidential Task Team on land reforms and a former president of the Real Estate Developers of Nigeria (REDAN), Dr. Ugochukwu Chime, said the job of the AIHS is to enhance and celebrate those who help in the advocacy and development of the real estate sector in Nigeria and Africa at large.

Dr. Chime who disclosed that apart from creating a platform where stakeholders can network and exchange ideas that will provide solutions to issues and problems confronting the built sector, the AIHS is also an avenue where excellence in the sector are being celebrated and rewarded.

“Wherever you see anyone making an impact in the real estate sector, let us know. When you do very well in your office, either as a private company, public servant, politician, minister or the managing director of a parastatal, we will celebrate you here. We will not quarrel with those who didn’t do well, but we will celebrate those who did excellently. The greatest thing you can do is to discover talent and nurture them and that is what has brought all of us tonight at AHIS,” he said.
