Tinubu Appoints Governing Council For Varsity, Colleges, Others

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments to the governing councils of universities, colleges of education, and other institutions.

According to a statement by Presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale, they include Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Delta State, which has Temi Harriman as Chairman, Adeola Adeogun as a member, Benedict Aguele as a member, Freeman Kasa as a member, and Babangida Alhassan Abdullahi as a member.

Rabe Mudi Bala is the chairman of the Nigerian University of Science and Technology, Abuja, while Akinola Fagbemi is a member, Rakiatou Bagnou is a member, Alwel Egwurugu is a member, and Femi Osabinu is a member.

For the Federal University of Agriculture, Bassam-Biyi, Bayelsa, Bram Baifa is the Chairman, while Richard Odigbo is a member, Yomi Johnson is a member, Fatima Owuna is a member, and Christy Akpehuan Omoruyi is a member.

Ahmadu Barau Banye Salisu is the chairman of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Kwale, Delta. At the same time, Aragbaye Oluwatosin Gbolagunte is a Member, Talba Bauchi is a member, Akaninodo Kehinde Adekunle is a member, and Chibuike Ikenga is a member.

For the federal University of Medical Sciences, Katsina, Habib Mohammed Ibrahim is the Chairman, Yau Aisha Abdulkadir is a member, Shehu Kaka is a member, Ibrahim Umar Abbah is a member, and Isijola Rasaki is a member.

Federal University of Agriculture, Mubi Adamawa, has Rukayyatu Abdulkareem Gurin as Chairman, Peter Tanko Dogara as a member, Amina Ibrahim Ndala as a member, Owolabi Shamsideen Oseni as a member, and Olufemi Lawson as a Member.

Yusuf Mohammed is the chairman of Admiralty University, Ibusa, Delta. Sani Ndanusa is a Member, Abdul Oroh is a member, Mary Okaba Agbo is a member, and Omasan Agbajoh is a Member.

 

The Nigeria French Language Village, Baadagry, Lagos, has Labiru Musa Kafur as board Chairman, Ibitoye Victor Philips as a member, Bamgbose S as a member, Musa Ayas as a member, and Ogenyi Okpokwu Emmanuel as a Member.

 

Victor O. Ukaogo is the chairman of the National Institute of Nigerian Languages, Aba, Abia, and ten others are board members.

 

Usman Mohammed Shanawa is the board chairman of the Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Ogun state, and four others are members.

 

 

Ahmed Wambai is the chairman of Nigeria’s Arabic Language Villa, Gamboru Ngala, Borno State, and four others are members.

 

For the National Mathematical Centre, Sheda, Kwali, Edna Njoku is the chairman, and four others are members.
