A group, The Advocacy for Good Governance has congratulated Dr. Sylvester Okonkwo, FCAI, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA) by Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State.

The group says the recognition is a testament to his unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership and immense contributions to public service and nation-building.

In a statement signed by its President, Dr. Daniel C. Okorie said Dr. Okonkwo’s journey has been marked by an unrelenting commitment to excellence, humility and service to humanity.

“As the immediate past Chief of Staff to the President of the 10th Senate, His Excellency, Sen. Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON, he demonstrated unparalleled administrative acumen and exceptionally rare human relations skills, ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative functions at the highest level of legislative governance.

“His dedication and professionalism in public service naturally led to his appointment as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at the Southeast Development Commission (SEDC), where he continues to drive policies that foster growth, development and economic empowerment.
