The commissioner who stated this at the 2025 June 12 Democracy Day youth interactive session in the state said commemoration of the 26 years of uninterrupted democratic governance in Nigeria came with renewed hope, renewed purpose and renewed commitment to national development.

He maintained that the various reforms of the president in relation to youths was to ensure the building of a stronger, inclusive and more prosperous nation where the youth are not just beneficiaries but drivers of development.

According Anyebe, the theme of this year’s celebration, “26 Years of Democracy: Renewing Our Commitment to National Development,” aligns perfectly with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
