The Gunners started strong, with Gabriel Martinelli putting them ahead in the 12th minute, finding the bottom left corner with a well-placed shot from close range after a swift attacking move.

As the match progressed, Arsenal maintained control, with multiple attempts from both Martin Ødegaard and Leandro Trossard putting pressure on Olympiakos’ defense. Despite a few near misses from the visitors, including an effort from Mehdi Taremi that went over the bar, Arsenal’s defense held firm.

The second half continued in a similar vein, with Arsenal dominating possession. Bukayo Saka, who was substituted into the match in the 73rd minute, sealed the victory with a left-footed strike in the dying moments of the game (90+2′), assisted by Martin Ødegaard, ensuring a clean sheet for David Raya in goal.

The match concluded with Arsenal’s 2-0 win, reflecting their strong performance and tactical discipline throughout the game. This result boosts Arsenal’s confidence as they look forward to their upcoming fixtures in the league.
