Governor Fintiri Commissions Fufore Cottage Hospital

The Adamawa State government has announced plans to upgrade the Fufore Cottage Hospital to a full-fledged General Hospital to provide expanded and quality healthcare services.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri disclosed this at the commissioning of the hospital yesterday

He expressed satisfaction with the quality of work at the facility, describing it as part of the state government’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare delivery across the state.

He said prioritising tertiary and primary healthcare facilities remained a central focus of his administration.

Governor Fintiri also conducted an inspection of the facility, touring the hospital under the guidance of the principal medical officer, Dr. Dibal Denis.

Later, he paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Fufore, Sani Ahmadu Ribadu, who commended him for the development strides has made, particularly in Fufore local government area.
