Gov. Yusuf Hails Dangote at 69, Lauds Economic Impact

Kano State governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has congratulated President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, on his 69th birthday, describing him as a key driver of Nigeria’s economic growth.

In a statement issued on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad, the governor said Dangote’s achievements in manufacturing, refining and agriculture have significantly boosted job creation and national development.

Yusuf described the business mogul as an illustrious son of Kano whose vision and enterprise have continued to project both the state and the country on the global stage.

He also commended Dangote’s philanthropic interventions in Kano, particularly in healthcare, education and humanitarian services, noting that they have impacted positively on many lives.

The governor further characterised Dangote as a reliable development partner whose contributions complement government efforts in improving socio-economic conditions.

Yusuf prayed for good health and continued strength for the industrialist, urging him to sustain his contributions to national development.

He added that Dangote’s legacy of excellence and generosity remains an inspiration to younger generations, stressing that Kano State is proud of his accomplishments.
