Sheree Zampino, the ex-wife of Hollywood superstar Will Smith, has sued American commentator Bilaal Salaam for allegedly spreading malicious lies about her private life.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Zampino is demanding over $1 million in damages from Salaam for making derogatory and offensive remarks against her personality during a recent interview.

The problem started during a promotional clip aired on May 4, 2026, on the popular internet show Unwine with Tasha K. In the video shared across various social media networks, the commentator claimed that Zampino was sleeping with multiple individuals across the American entertainment industry.

Zampino stated in her lawsuit that Salaam doubled down on his claims during the main interview, using abusive and defamatory words to describe her lifestyle.

According to the legal filing, Zampino stated that Salaam’s statements are completely false and constitute severe slander under California law. She added that the remarks have caused her deep humiliation, emotional distress, embarrassment, and mental anguish.

Zampino is now suing Salaam for slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress, asking the court to award her $1 million in compensatory damages, alongside punitive damages and legal costs.
