‎RHOA Star, Porsha Williams Scores Big In Divorce Battle With Nigerian-Born Ex-husband Simon Guobadia, Gets Multimillion-Dollar Home

‎Porsha Williams has reached a seven-figure divorce settlement with her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, and will keep the Atlanta home they once shared, according to court documents.

‎Williams said in court filings that Guobadia transferred his interest in the property to her through a quitclaim deed. Under the settlement, Williams is also entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from Guobadia’s share of the property’s equity. He also agreed to transfer ownership of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to her.

‎The agreement gives Williams full authority to refinance or sell the property without requiring Guobadia or an arbitrator to be involved, provided the transaction is conducted in a commercially reasonable manner.

‎According to the court documents, Williams and Guobadia confirmed the settlement terms under oath during a hearing on August 5 and told the judge that the agreement resolved all outstanding issues between them. Williams noted in her filing that Guobadia had already agreed to the terms outlined in the consent order.

‎The former couple married in November 2022, but Williams filed for divorce in February 2024 after about 15 months of marriage. The settlement brings the remaining financial and property disputes between the former couple closer to an end.
