The longtime manager of American country music legend Dolly Parton has officially withdrawn a lawsuit against her nephew, Bryan Seaver, following a brief legal dispute over alleged threats and estate security issues.
Court filings show that manager Danny Nozell moved to dismiss the complaint against Seaver and his security firm in a Tennessee court on Thursday, November 5.
While specific terms of the resolution were not disclosed, filings indicated that both parties reached an agreement, resulting in the case being dismissed without prejudice.
The initial lawsuit, filed in September, accused Seaver who served as Parton’s head of security for over two decades

of sending threatening messages to business associates and employees.
The dispute prompted the estate to secure a temporary restraining order following allegations of attempted extortion regarding business interests that include the Dollywood amusement park, museum, and Nashville hotel.
