The high-profile event took place at Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, attracting a diverse gathering of influential figures, including industry leaders, politicians and sports personalities.

During the unveiling, Edeh provided an insightful overview of Signature Edge, highlighting its mission encapsulated in the tagline, “Living The Future.” He described the establishment of the company as both historic and symbolic, noting that AGEless’s personal attributes align with Signature Edge’s values.

“The formation of Signature Edge is founded on principles of integrity and the provision of affordable opportunities,” Chief Edeh declared. “We offer a wide range of building options to meet individual tastes and preferences.”

He elaborated, “Signature Edge was born from the belief that every home, every space, and every investment should embody lasting value. We view real estate not just as physical structures but as representations of who we are and our aspirations for the future.”

Chief Edeh further stated, “We aim to set a new standard, guided by integrity, inspired by culture, enabled by technology, and committed to making quality shelter accessible for all. Whether you’re seeking a family sanctuary, a space for business enterprise, or a strategic asset for generational wealth, Signature Edge is prepared to turn your vision into reality.”

He added, “Our approach transcends mere property transactions; we offer the dignity of belonging, the security of ownership, and the promise of a brighter future. The ‘Edge’ in Signature Edge signifies our commitment to going the extra mile, paying thoughtful attention to detail, and maintaining unwavering standards that will set a new benchmark in Africa’s real estate sector.”

Chief Edeh expressed his determination to ensure that Signature Edge remains a leading force in the market, stating, “We are a visionary real estate company poised to shape Africa’s future through culturally inspired, tech-enabled, and community-focused property development.”

He explained the significance of Signature Edge’s logo, which features a thumbprint, saying, “Our aim is to provide culturally unique offerings for all Nigerians, ensuring everyone has access to a decent home over time. We envision Signature Edge emerging as a cornerstone for other real estate companies in the years to come.”

In a testament to the company’s promising start, Chief Edeh shared that Signature Edge had already secured impressive deals within just 24 hours of its launch, with properties available in Abuja, Lagos, Namibia, and across the continent.

AGEless, committed to the partnership, expressed her eagerness to leverage her experience to enhance the company’s profile. “I am determined to honour the trust placed in me by the Board and Management of Signature Edge. With my background, I believe we can achieve tremendous success together,” she stated.

Among those who praised the initiative were a governorship candidate for the Anambra 2025 election and a former Speaker, both of whom expressed confidence in Signature Edge’s potential to make a significant impact.
