Aina Models Nottingham Forest’s New 2026/27 Away Kit

Nigeria international Ola Aina fronted the launch of Nottingham Forest’s new adidas away kit for the 2026/27 season, with the club unveiling a collegiate green design that pays homage to its heritage.

Forest announced the release on Saturday via its official website, highlighting the return of the adidas trefoil logo.

“The new kit sees the return of the adidas trefoil and reflects the rich heritage of Nottingham Forest, with the collegiate green colour paying homage to the Club’s name,” the club stated.

The shirt features an all-over printed graphic with the embroidered trefoil and iconic three stripes, while “collar and cuff piping bring dynamic, tailored style to the forefront,” according to the statement. Collegiate green shorts and socks complete the strip, which will be worn by Forest’s men’s, women’s, and academy teams.

“Supporters will see the new kit in action for the first time this evening (8 August) when Forest compete in the inaugural Friuli Venezia Giulia tournament, where Oliver Glasner’s side will take on Udinese Calcio and FC Barcelona at the Bluenergy Stadium,” the club added.

Aina, who made 18 Premier League appearances with one assist last season, joined Forest on July 22, 2023, after leaving Torino. He debuted on August 12 in a 2–1 loss to Arsenal and scored his first Forest goal on November 5 in a 2–0 win over Aston Villa.

The club activated a one-year extension on May 21, 2024. Aina scored his first Premier League goal of the 2024–25 campaign on November 2 in a 3–0 home win over West Ham, lifting Forest to third in the table. On July 7, 2025, he extended his stay until the summer of 2028.
