Semi Ajayi has been declared fit for Hull City ahead of their EFL Championship encounter with Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium.
The centre-back returned early from international duty with Nigeria after featuring for just 45 minutes in the Super Eagles’ 2-1 friendly victory over Iran, sparking concerns over his fitness.
However, the 32-year-old has since resumed full training with his teammates, providing a timely boost for Hull as they prepare for a crucial fixture.
Ajayi has endured an injury-disrupted campaign since joining the Tigers last summer but has still managed 16 league appearances, contributing one goal. His availability will be key as Hull look to strengthen their position in the table during the run-in.
