Nigeria international Semi Ajayi was named Man of the Match after scoring in Hull City’s impressive 2-0 victory over Manchester United.
Ajayi opened the scoring for the Tigers in the 17th minute before producing a commanding defensive performance to help his side secure a memorable win.
The victory also saw Hull City score their first Premier League goal since 2017.
Ajayi received 38.9 per cent of the votes to claim the individual award, finishing ahead of team-mate and second goalscorer Nobel Mendy, who polled 31.4 per cent.
The Nigeria defender completed five clearances, three recoveries and two interceptions, while also winning two aerial duels during an impressive display.
The result handed Hull City a significant boost as they continue their league campaign.
The Tigers will next travel to face Coventry City in their next league fixture.
