The event and planning strategist noted that the world is evolving and therefore the sector cannot afford to remain in the same place as there was the need to embrace excellent service and the global best practices.

“I want to appreciate the institution for counting me worthy of this honour. This is a prove of my contribution to the sector and I want stakeholders to embrace best practices and excellent delivery in our professional pursuit,” said Akinlolu Jenkins

Jenkins was honoured as Doctor of Event Management on July 6, 2024, in recognition of his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of event management.
