Popular comedian Ali Baba has expressed gratitude to Air Peace after recovering his missing iPad months after losing it during a flight.
Taking to Instagram, the veteran comedian revealed that he misplaced the device on February 28 and had assumed it was gone for good. He admitted he was already considering replacing it before the airline located and returned it.
“I actually thought it was lost and gone forever… since February 28th,” he wrote, adding that the rising cost of gadgets had made him rethink buying a new one.
Ali Baba thanked the airline for retrieving the device and also acknowledged Iamremote, who facilitated its collection and delivery. In his signature humorous style, the comedian joked about the situation, playfully noting that the device was returned uncharged and teasing his friend for not going the extra mile.
He also made light-hearted references to Arsenal, suggesting that their recent winning form may have influenced the favour. The post has since amused fans.
