Ardova Agrees To Bulk Purchase Framework With Dangote Refinery

Ardova Plc (AP) has agreed to a bulk purchase framework with Dangote Refinery in a bid to guarantee supply security at affordable prices for its customers.

Ardova said, “this framework will see Ardova Plc offtake a full slate of petroleum products from the refinery. While Ardova Plc has been a significant offtake from the refinery since its inception, this new framework will institutionalise a more robust relationship between the two companies to further enhance the emerging competitive landscape in the downstream oil and gas industry in the country.”

The company added that, this framework is in line with President Bola Tinubu’s drive for competition and improved efficiency in the industry and will see Ardova Plc deliver products at competitive prices nationwide

Speaking at the company’s 60th anniversary media parley, the managing director of AP, Moshood Olajide said, the company’s intent to be a key player in Nigeria’s energy transition. He explained that the company is blending solar, gas, diesel, and petrol in a strategic plan that aims to navigate future disruptions in the energy market.

Ardova Plc is a Nigerian leading indigenous and integrated energy company involved in the distribution of petroleum products.
