Brazilian legend Cafu anticipates a monumental clash when Arsenal face Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League final this Saturday evening. Speaking to Daily Mail Sport, the former AC Milan defender highlighted Arsenal’s prowess, describing them as a “really dangerous” side capable of exploiting PSG through their set-piece expertise.
“I don’t know, it’s really hard to know who will win. I can’t say today if it’s Paris or Arsenal,” admitted Cafu, reflecting on the evenly matched quality of both teams. “Both teams have the same 11 [in quality], so it’s really hard to know who will win.”
He further elaborated on Arsenal’s strengths: “[Arsenal] are a really dangerous team. They are a team that knows how to play from set-pieces. They’ve had a fantastic competition and didn’t concede too many goals. That’s why I’m sure it’s going to be a really big final.”
Cafu’s analysis suggests that the Gunners’ tactical discipline and proficiency from dead-ball situations could be key factors in the highly anticipated final.
