For two decades, the club has served as a platform for positively shaping young minds across Nigeria. She highlighted the club’s impactful programmes that have empowered countless children, emphasizing its vital role in shaping future leaders and contributing positively to the community.

Speaking at the Club’s 20th-anniversary celebration held during the 2025 Children’s Day festivities at Apapa Amusement Park, the First Lady praised the Club’s contribution to child development, emphasizing its role in fostering creativity, confidence, and moral values through activities like storytelling, talent showcases, and community service.

“This celebration is not just about fun, it’s about purpose. The Indomie Fan Club continues to inspire intellectual and social growth in our children,” she noted. She also reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to child welfare through education, healthcare, initiatives like the Lagos Boy Child Project and support for Young Farmers Clubs.

Temitope Ashiwaju, General Manager, Corporate Communications and Events at Dufil Prima Foods, highlighted the Club’s legacy: “For 20 years, IFC has been a beacon of joy, education, and creativity. Today’s celebration is about childhood, community, and continuity.”

Karishma Rustagi, Head of the Indomie Fan Club, added, “The smiles we see today reflect 20 years of love and learning. This anniversary is a celebration of growth, fun, and education, and the launch of our documentary marks an inspiring milestone.”

The Lagos flagship event transformed Apapa Amusement Park into a vibrant hub of rides, games, storytelling, and performances, drawing thousands of children, families, and educators. Nationwide, over 150,000 children participated in the week-long celebration from May 20 to 27 across various regions.

Established in 2005, the Indomie Fan Club is now one of Nigeria’s largest child-focused engagement platforms, boasting over 150,000 members aged 4 to 12. IFC lays the foundation for Nigeria’s next generation of leaders through educational programs, excursions, competitions, and value-driven campaigns.
