Adesegun is facing a two-count charge bordering on attempted murder.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs A. T. Oyediji, who did not take the suspect’s plea due to lack of jurisdiction, ordered his remand at Agodi Correctional facility, Ibadan.

Oyediji said the remand was pending the issuance of advice from the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) at the Ministry of Justice.
