Diddy Trial Puts Cassie Ventura Back In Public Eye

Singer Casandra Ventura, professionally known as Cassie, and her husband, Alex Fine, have continued to keep their family life private while raising their three children away from the spotlight.

The singer returned to public attention in May 2025 when she testified during the federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial involving music mogul Sean Combs, also known as Diddy.

During her court appearance, Ventura spoke about her past relationship with Combs and accused him of years of abuse and coercive behaviour throughout their decade-long relationship.

In July 2025, Combs was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges but was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was later sentenced in October 2025 to 50 months in prison.

Throughout the legal proceedings, Alex Fine remained by Ventura’s side in court, publicly showing support for his wife. The couple, who married in 2019, share three children, including daughters Frankie and Sunny.

Since stepping away from the spotlight, Ventura has largely focused on family life and motherhood while maintaining a more private public presence.
