Vin Diesel, known for his role in the Fast & Furious series, is facing allegations of sexual assault from his former personal assistant, Asta Jonasson.

The accusation stems from an incident during the filming of ‘Fast Five’ in 2010.

Jonasson alleges that Diesel, in his hotel suite at Atlanta’s St. Regis hotel, overpowered her, disregarding her non-consent and groping her.

The lawsuit claims he pinned her against a wall and engaged in unwanted sexual acts.

Diesel’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, vehemently denies the allegations.

Jonasson is also suing Diesel’s firm, alleging wrongful termination after the incident.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, includes claims of sexual battery, gender discrimination, illegal retaliation, emotional distress, and wrongful termination.

Claire-Lise Kutlay, Jonasson’s lawyer, emphasizes her client’s pursuit of accountability and hopes her decision to come forward empowers other survivors.
