Fidelity Bank Opens Kamba Branch To Reach Rural Communities

The managing director and chief executive officer ( CEO) of the Fidelity Bank, Dr Mrs Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe has said that the management of the Fidelity Bank has opened it new branch in Kamba town under Dandi local government area of Kebbi State in order to reach out to the rural communities that don’t have access to the facilities.

She stated this while unveiling the new branch in Kamba town. Represented by her regional manager, North West Zone 2, Mohammed Ahijo Bagudo, Dr Onyeali-Ikpe also disclosed that, considering Kamba borders the Niger and Benin Republics, and in addition to the business area zone, there is a need for the people in the area to enjoy the services of financial institutions.

“This initiative will contribute immensely to the economic growth in the area and Kebbi State and the country as a whole”, she said.

She called on the traditional rulers and other stakeholders to enlighten the people, especially those in rural areas, on the importance of patronising the bank.

 

Speaking shortly, the district head of Kamba, Muhammadu Zarumai, expressed his gratitude to the owners of Fidelity Bank for their support in improving economic opportunities in the area by establishing a new branch in Kamba.
