Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri has approved the appointment of Galadima Adamawa, Alhaji Mustapha Aminu as State Amirul Hajj 2024.
The other five members of the team are Professor Abdullahi Liman Tukur and Vice chancellor Modibbo Adama University, Yola, as deputy team leader, Alhaji Mohammed Hammanjoda, Sheikh Musa Abdullahi and Alhaji Ibrahim Abubakar.

A statement signed by the press secretary to the governor, Mr Humwashi Wunosikou explained that their appointment takes immediate effect.
The governor urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them by the state government.
