First Lady Applauds Nigerian Athletes’ Achievements At CAF Awards

The First Lady of Nigeria, Remi Tinubu, has commended Nigerian athletes for their exceptional performances at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Awards 2024.

In a congratulatory message, Mrs Tinubu celebrated the achievements of Chiamaka Nnadozie, Adekunle Lookman, and the Super Falcons, describing their recognition as a testament to their dedication, talent, and passion for football.

“This is the reward for your dedication, talent, and passion for the round leather game. You have brought pride to Nigeria and showcased the excellence of our athletes on the African stage,” the First Lady stated.

Highlighting the resilience of the Super Falcons, Senator Tinubu praised the team for their consistent representation of Nigerian women’s strength and determination on the global stage.

“To the Super Falcons, you continue to represent the resilience and strength of Nigerian women, making us proud every step of the way,” she added.
