Plateau State Governor Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has congratulated Mr. Eze Anaba of Vanguard Newspapers on his re-election as president of the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE).

A statement by the director of press and public affairs, Mr Gyang Bere, said Anaba’s return was a testament to the confidence reposed in his leadership.

The governor described the Nigerian Guild of Editors as a beacon of hope in the Nigeria project and a source of inspiration within the media landscape, lauding their remarkable contributions to the advancement of democracy and good governance in Nigeria.

He noted with satisfaction that Anaba’s outstanding leadership over the past two years earned him a well-deserved second term.

The governor described the elected executive as a fountain of journalistic wisdom who continues to bring refreshing and balanced perspective to national discourse through credible reportage, steadfast patriotism and an enduring commitment to professional excellence.
