Group Back Dariye For APC National Chairmanship Position

North Central Forum for Peace and Development (NCFPD) backed the former Governor of Plateau state, Senator Joshua Dariye to emerge the new National Chairman of the ruling party.

The group also passed a vote of confidence in the former Governor’s capacity and capability to lead the APC to victory in future elections, given his experience and record of achievements.

Group while commend President Bola Tinubu for his substantially exceptional choices of Individuals forming his teams, for achieving long-lasting developments in all ramifications of our Nation’s Structures.

Muhammed Salihu, and National coordinator Haruna Musa in Abuja appreciate Mr. President’s “brave” efforts in the actualisation of his RENEWED HOPE AGENDA; which is already yielding tremendous multifaceted results in our socio-economic life as a Nation.

Group noted that as a concerned Forum with one of its major goals being the peaceful coexistence within and Nigeria’s development, more particularly in the North Central Region, we find it imperative to lend our faithful and sincere contribution to the national discuss on who becomes the next National Chairman of the APC; and on whose coordinating vision we are to align for achieving immediate and future successes for the APC.

Musa, emphasized that” It is our firm belief that the APC should consider as its National Chairman a detribalised and selfless Administrator with a track record of robust electoral victories and vast political experience” he said.

We believe that the APC should look towards a Person of impeccable character, proven public acceptance, and sound leadership acumen to steer its Ship aright towards our Renewed Hope’s destination, he said”

We have painstakingly conducted Opinion Polls among the Members of the Public in our North Central Region having had a holistic consideration of major factors, we arrived at an undoubted conclusion that H. E Sen. Joshua Dariye, a former Governor of Plateau State (and a former Chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum), stands tallest among the contenders being projected to be the APC’s next substantive National Chairman.

Group hinted that Sen. Joshua Dariye has maintained his posture as a Man of peaceful disposition, a visionary who is very well committed to the ideals of the APC and the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President.

“He is proven to have successfully weathered many Political Storms, especially when he was Plateau State’s Governor; and he did all as a calm law abiding Citizen, through the Courts. He was also one of the very few Politicians, asude Mr. President, who were able to fight off the domineering Fangs of the first democratically elected President of Nigeria, group said”

” It is our firm position that the selection of H. E Joshua Dariye from the North Central Region, who is of the Christian Faith, as National Chairman of the APC, shall extensively increase the Party’s fortune forthwith.”

According him, ” We are very much optimistic that upon his emergence as the APC’s National Chairman, he shall hit the ground running by exhibiting his known excellent public relations skill nationwide, leveraging on Mr. President’s connections and good will well combined with his, in piloting the affairs of the Party.”

In conclusion we urge President and well respected Members of the NEC of our great Party, to faithfully prioritize the Party’s sustainability and longevity above personal relationships, by the nominating and selecting H. E Senator Joshua Dariye as the National Chairman of All Progressive Congress  APC.
