A pressure group, Action Collective, has condemned the recent accusations made by Professor Mgbeke against the suspended Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, calling Mgbeke a “well-known serial liar and betrayer” who uses corporate activism for personal gain.

In a statement signed by the National Coordinator of the group, Mr. Teddy Onyejuwe, the group expressed its unwavering disbelief over Mgbeke’s latest allegations, stating that her actions were consistent with her long history of manipulation and betrayal. The group made it clear that this was not the first time the professor had targeted individuals for selfish reasons.

“We are very much aware of the antics of Professor Mgbeke. Her history of disappointing those who once supported her is legendary, and this latest outburst is simply another desperate attempt to stay relevant,” the statement read.

The statement further criticised Mgbeke’s attempt to present herself as a defender of truth, dismissing her claims as hypocritical given her past record. “She has perfected the art of weaponising relationships and fabricating narratives when it suits her selfish interests,” the collective added. “Her track record speaks louder than any new lies she attempts to sell.”

The Action Collective did not hold back in its condemnation, noting that Mgbeke’s behaviour had left a trail of disillusionment among those who had once trusted her. “She is a master fabricator who uses forged letters, fake programmes, and non-existent partnerships to lure unsuspecting victims,” Onyejuwe stated.

To back up their claims, the group referred to several reports, including a June 10, 2020 article from Nairaland.com and an April 24, 2027 report on Secretsreporter.com, where Mgbeke was implicated in scams and misrepresentations. These publications highlight a pattern of deceit and exploitation that the Action Collective emphasized.

The group urged Nigerians and the international community to see through Mgbeke’s “charade,” stressing that true advocacy for justice could not be tainted by individuals with a history of fraudulence and unreliability. “We remind everyone that betrayal is not new to her; it is her brand,” the Action Collective concluded.
