The aspiration of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), presidential candidate and his running mate, Atiku Abubakar and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, is beginning to gather momentum in Imo State.
A group, the Atiku/Okowa Collegiate Management Council, Imo State chapter, has hosted over 50 coordinators of various support groups of the PDP in the state.
Speaking, the state co-ordinator of the Council and a chieftain of the party in the state, Chief Chuks Ajaelu, expressed the resolve and commitment of the Council to work and collaborate with the various support groups in the state, towards realizing the Atiku/Okowa presidency in 2023.
Ajaelu also unveiled other campaign programmes of the council, while urging the co-ordinators to mobilise and galvanize their members to register and join the campaign train.
In his remarks, state secretary of the Council, Comrade Chukwuemeka Gabriel, also stressed the need for the support groups to market the potentials of Atiku, by unfolding the programmes to the masses.
He noted that victory would be assured for Atiku and Okowa, if these steps and measures are followed and promptly implemented.
