Barcelona midfielder, Ilkay Gundogan, has reportedly asked to leave the Spanish LaLiga giants this summer transfer window.
The German only joined the Blaugrana from Manchester City last summer.
According to Sport, Gundogan has now handed in a transfer request.
Barcelona chiefs are also said to be open to selling the 33-year-old in a bid to ease their financial issues this term.
Gundogan missed Barcelona’s opening day LaLiga 2-1 win at Valencia.
When asked about Gundogan, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick told reporters after his team defeated Valencia: “I have talked to him a lot, but it is something between me and him.
“We have a good relationship. I know him well. I have the feeling that he will stay.”
