Nollywood actor Clinton Joshua Ezenele has explained why he does not film kissing scenes, saying he wants to avoid being “boxed” into a single role.

During a recent interview on TVC’s E Splash, the actor said his decision is a way to set professional boundaries. He believes that if he becomes known for romantic acts, producers will keep giving him the same kinds of scripts.

“I don’t kiss in movies because producers will likely give me the same role over and over again. I don’t want to be put in a box,” Joshua said.

The actor, who has starred in movies like “For Her Sake” and “Flavours of the Heart,”wants to be known for his acting range rather than just being a romantic lead. He added that he does not want his career to be limited to those types of roles.
