Nigerian international Kelechi Iheanacho expressed his delight after netting the winning goal for Celtic in their 2-1 victory over Dundee on Sunday.
The crucial strike at Dens Park significantly boosted the Hoops’ Scottish Premiership title aspirations.
Iheanacho, who was introduced as a substitute for Tomas Cvancara in the 62nd minute, found the back of the net eight minutes from time, securing all three points for the Glasgow giants. This marked the striker’s fourth goal of the season and his first since early October.
Speaking to the club’s official website after the match, Iheanacho commented: “It feels good to help the team to get the win today. We really showed character and we really worked hard today to get the win.”
