Iyabo Ojo’s ‘Return of Arinzo’ Movie To Premiere March 29

Sterling actress and producer, Iyabo Ojo, is set to entertain movie buffs with her movie, ‘Return Of Arinzo’.

The premiere of the star-studded movie is scheduled for March 29, 2026, at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Directed by Iyabo Ojo, the film is a sequel to her earlier work ‘Arinzo’, released in 2013.

Arinola, played by Iyabo Ojo, who turned a criminal, disappeared, and everyone thought she was dead. Now… she is back.

But the real question is, is she back for answers… or for revenge?

The story unfolds in The Return of Arinzo.

The new movie has a cast of about 50, made up of established and young actors and influencers from Nigeria, Ghana, and Tanzania.

The star-studded cast includes Funke Akindele, Iyabo Ojo (the producer),

Uzor Arukwe, Mercy Aigbe, Bimbo Akintola, Alaba Ultimate, Scarlet Gomez, Adeoluwa Enioluwa, Fuad Ferdinand and  Aluko Olufemi Gold.

Others include Nasma Athumani, Prisca Lyimo and Zuhura Othman from Tanzania, Chioma Ikokwu, Adjetey Anang from Ghana, Kanayo O. Kanayo,  Soso Soberekon, Fatai Odua, Shola Taiwo, Muka Ray Eyiwunmi, Layole Oyatogun, Saeed Mohammed, Kiitan Bukola, Yemi Fash Lanso, Omowunmi Aloba, Yinka Quadri, Binta Ayo Mogagi, Ayo Adesanya, Ifeoma Sharon Okeke, Juma Jux Mkambala, Priscilla Mkambala, Azzezat Shorunmu, Lam Chris Chidubem,  Fola Tinubu and others.

‎Iyabo Ojo, referred to as the Queen Mother, co-produced an epic, Labake Olorodo, in 2025, which performed well in cinemas.

‎The Return of Arinzo is a Nigerian Nollywood blockbuster set to be released in cinemas nationwide on April 3, 2026 and will be distributed by Film One Entertainment.
