A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of assets linked to businesswoman Aisha Achimugu to the federal government.
The assets include jewellery valued at N4.645 billion, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4.293 billion, $50,000 in cash and N30 million.
Justice Jude Onwugbuzie made the order on Thursday, July 16, 2026, while delivering judgment on an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) seeking the final forfeiture of the properties.
According to the court, the forfeited assets comprise jewellery worth N4,645,170,294.09, 11 exotic vehicles valued at N4,293,000,000, $50,000 and N30 million in cash.
