The Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Lateef Gbadamosi Adebimpe is dead.

Oba Adebimpe died on Wednesday after a brief illness.

The deceased recently represented the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin at the unveiling of the new palace of Olubadan at Oke Aremo in Ibadan North local government area of the state.

The event marked the last public outing of the late Ibadan beaded king who was conspicuously absent at the coronation of Oba Olakulehin as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland held at Mapo Hall on July 12.
