Kris Jenner Seeks Court Protection Over Man Allegedly Obsessed With Kylie

The matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kris Jenner, has approached a court to seek a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking her daughter, Kylie Jenner, for years.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, May 29, 2026, a judge has already granted a temporary protective order against the suspect, Kyle Robert DeWick, a resident of Colorado.

Kris Jenner stated in the filing that DeWick has no relationship whatsoever with her family but has remained dangerously fixated on them, particularly on Kylie.

She noted that the situation has caused severe emotional distress and left her terrified for the safety of her children.

The legal document revealed that the suspect first came to the family’s security team’s attention in 2021 after making repeated visits to Kylie’s home.

DeWick reportedly held a false belief that Kris Jenner was encouraging him to pursue and propose marriage to her daughter.

In her sworn statement, the celebrity mother also claimed that DeWick’s obsession turned aggressive in 2024 when he filed a bizarre federal lawsuit against her, claiming the family was monitoring him and demanding “access” to them.

Security officials recently alerted the family that DeWick, who has a record for violent assault, had resurfaced. He reportedly gained access to a gated community, tried to speak with neighbours, and contacted real estate agents to tour houses located near the family’s properties.

To ensure their safety, Kris Jenner requested that the protection extend to herself and her children, including Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Rob. The court order now legally bars DeWick from contacting the family and commands him to stay at least 100 yards away from them, their homes, workplaces, and vehicles.
