The solicitors to Nanet Hotels Limited have warned investors and authorities against transacting on Park No. 2008, Cadastral Zone A06, Maitama District, Abuja, due to subsisting court orders.

According to a notice signed by Barrister Chikaosolu Ojukwu (SAN) and Segun Fiki, dated 20th January, 2026, acting on behalf of Nairanet Technologies Limited, they urged stakeholders to note that there is a subsisting and active suit before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja (Suit N.: FCT/HC/CV/5274/2025, between: Nanet Hotels Limited and the minister of the Federal Capital Territory and two others.

The notice indicated that the court on December 22, 2025, approved an interim injunction restraining the FCT minister, the Federal Capital Territory Administration and another party from interfering with the claimant’s possession and occupation of the property, pending the hearing and determination of its motion on notice.

The lawyers stated that, in light of the pending action and court order, no person, authority, agency, or developer has any lawful right to allocate, sell, transfer, mortgage, lease, develop, build upon, take possession of, or deal in any manner whatsoever with any portion of the said land, or any land or property carved out of, derived from, or traced to the said park.

“Any person who elects to purchase, acquire, invest in, or transact in respect of any land or property situate upon the said park (notwithstanding any manner of delineation, description, renaming, re-survey, or re-designation howsoever) does so entirely at his own risk and is only purchasing costly, protracted, and ruinous litigation,” the solicitors warned.
