Preliminary investigations suggested Ibrahim acted alone under the influence of drugs. He has been transferred to the Kano State Police Command’s Homicide Section for further investigation.

Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command, CP Mohammed Usaini Gumel, condemned the act and assured residents of a thorough investigation and prosecution. He also appealed to the public to continue cooperating with the police and providing necessary support.
